A. APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY 申请人资格
Applicant must be 50 years old and above while spouse (if any) did not have
age limit; OR
申请人必须年满 50 岁，而配偶（如有）没有年龄限制 或
Applicant who are 40-50 years old, with investment in real estate specifically for residential purpose with a total amount at least RM 600,000.00; OR 40-50 岁的申请人，投资于专门用于住宅用途的房地产，总金额至少为 600,000.00 令吉；或者
Applicant who are 30-50 years old, with children study at Sarawak or undergoes long term medical treatment in Sarawak

2. What can show as a proof for property ownership?
可作为财产所有权的证明
– S&P agreement 签署买卖合约
3. Can my children study anywhere in Malaysia?
– If the applicants apply under condition of having children study here at Sarawak, the children must study at Sarawak for them to be eligible for this programme.
如果申请者有孩子在砂拉越学习的条件下申请，孩子必须在砂拉越学习才能有资格参加该计划。
4. Letter of Good Conduct 良好行为信
– LoGC only for principal applicant and must from his/her origin country.
良好行为信仅适用于主申请人且必须来自他/她的原籍国。
5. Apply under condition of long term medical treatment
长期医疗条件下申请
The applicant can only apply under this condition if he/she undergo long term medical treatment in Sarawak that need him/her to stay in Sarawak due to reason frequent travel to Sarawak needed for the treatment. To eligible, the applicant needs to provide the ministry his/her detailed medical report by the certified medical practitioner and by medical institution. That medical institution must situated at Sarawak. The ministry will send the medical reports to the government medical practitioner specialist for their assessment and recommendation either can be accepted or not for S-MM2H.
申请人只有在砂拉越接受长期医疗，因需要经常前往砂拉越接受治疗而需要留在砂拉越的情况下，才能在此条件下申请。为了符合条件，申请人需要向卫生部提供其由注册医生和医疗机构出具的详细医疗报告。该医疗机构必须 位于砂拉越。该部会将医疗报告发送给政府医生专家进行评估和建议，无论是否被砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园接受。
B. SUBMISSION 提交
1. Where to submit the S-MM2H application? 在哪里提交 S-MM2H 申请？
Applicant can submit the application at MTAC office, at Bangunan Baitulmakmur II, Petrajaya Sarawak.
申请人可以在 砂拉越旅游，艺术与文化部办公室提交申请，该办公室位于砂拉越 Petrajaya ，Bangunan Baitulmakmur II。
2. Who can submit the application?
The applicant must attend physically to submit the application or can appoint the registered agent to submit on behalf.
申请人必须亲自到场提交申请，也可以委托注册代理人代为提交。
3. Will MTAC accept online submission or submission though mail?
NO, all application must be submitted physically because we need the original documents. Application through mail will not be accepted to avoid unlicensed agent to submit on behalf.

4. How long the application process? 申请过程需要多长时间？
The duration for processing is 90 WORKING DAYS. The duration might be longer due to background check and security check by the relevant authorities.

5.I would like to join the S-MM2H program..can I apply personally direct or do I have to appoint an agent? 我想加入砂拉越-马来西亚我的 第二家园计划。.我直接亲自申请还是必须任命一名代理人？
Applicants can choose to apply directly or to appoint licensed agent. For direct application, applicant must have a sponsor and the criteria for sponsor is he/she is a Sarawakian and currently resides in Sarawak. If the applicant cannot find a sponsor, he/she can apply through licensed agent. 申请人可 以选择直接申请或任命许可的代理商。直接申请的申请人必须有担保人，担 保人的标准是他/她是砂拉越人，目前居住在砂拉越。如果申请人找不到保荐 人，则可以通过许可的代理人提出申请。
C. S-MM2H PASS 砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行证
1. When is the MM2H starting again? 马来西亚我的第二家园何时重新启动？
Malaysia My 2nd Home or MM2H is a separate programme run by the Federal Government. The reinstatement of MM2H would be announced by Federal Government 马来西亚我的第二家园是由联邦政府管理的独立计划。联邦政府将宣布恢复马来西亚我的第二家园。
2. Duration of S-MM2H pass 砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行期
S-MM2H 是 10 年的通行证。通行证持有人将获得最多 5 年的通行证，并且需要续签才能再申请 5 年通行证。
3. What happen if the pass holder’s passport duration less than 5 years? 申请人护照有效期不足 5 年怎么办？
The S-MM2H pass given to the pass holder will follow the expiry date of the
passport. If the passport only valid for 30 month, the S-MM2H pass given
would be for 30 month only. The applicant need to renew their pass once he/she receive his/her new passport.
发给通行证申请人的砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行证将在护照的有效期之后。如果护照的有效期只有 30 个月，那么砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行证的有效期仅为 30 个月。申请人在收到新护照后需要更新其通行证。
4. Renewal of the pass 更新通行证
砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行证申请人需要到他们第一次收到通行证 的移民办公室进行更新。
5. Additional requirement for pass renewal 换证额外要求
stay of 15 days a year in Sarawak. If the applicant fail to fulfill this requirement, his/her S-MM2H pass will be terminated.
砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行证申请人可以居住在马来西亚的任何地方，但他们必须每年至少在砂拉越停留 15 天。如果申请人未能满足此要求，他/她的 砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行证将被终止。
D. FINANCIAL PROOF 财务证明
Fixed deposit amounted RM300,000.00 for couple or RM150,000.00 for individual; OR 夫妻定期存款 300,000.00 令吉或个人 150,000.00 令吉或者
Government approved Pension Fund with monthly imbursement more than RM10,000.00 for couple or RM7000.00 for individual; OR
政府批准的养老基金，夫妻每月支付超过 10,000.00 令吉或个人超过 7000.00 令吉 或者
Offshore income with monthly income more than RM10,000.00 for couple or RM7000.00 for individual
海外收入，夫妻月收入超过 10,000.00 令吉或个人月收入超过 7000.00 令吉
2. If applicant(s) own the property, can he/she/they use it as financial proof? 如果申请人拥有该物业，他/她/他们可以将其用作财务证明吗？
NO, the property or any other liquid assets cannot be accepted as the financial proof for S-MM2H.

3. What bank can they place the deposit in? 他们可以在哪家银行存入存款？
Applicants can open Fixed Deposit account at any banks as long as the FD account is opened in any bank branches in Sarawak. 只要在砂拉越的任何 银行分行都开设定期存款帐户，申请人就可以在任何银行开设定期存款帐户。
4. If applicant use pension as financial proof, what additional documents he/she need to provide?
Letter from the government stating the applicant receive the pension and 3 month bank statement showing he/she receive monthly pension under his/her bank account

5. If applicant uses the offshore income, what the additional documents he/she need to provide?
Letter from the company proving the applicant working at that company, his/her position and his/her salary, 6 month salary slip and 6 month bank statement showing he/she receive the salary under his/her account.
公司出具的证明申请人在该公司工作、职位和工资的信函，6 个月工资单和 6个月银行对账单，显示他/她在其账户下收到工资。
6. Does the applicant need to show the financial proof during the renewal? 申请人在续期时是否需要出示财务证明？
Yes, pass holder need to show the latest bank statement for the Fixed Deposit or if using the pension or offshore income, the pass holder need to resubmit the financial proof documents.
是的，通行证申请人需要出示最新的定期存款银行对账单，或者如果使用养老金或海外收入，通行证申请人需要重新提交财务证明文件。
E. MEDICAL CHECK UP 体检
BK II form (can be downloaded from MTAC website) and all the medical test result including urine test, blood test etc.

2. What kind of test needed for the medical checkup?
Full medical check up including X-Ray, Urine, blood test and other necessary
test deem by the medical practitioner

3. Where the applicant can do the medical checkup?
Any certified medical institution at Sarawak. If the medical check up done at private medical institution, the applicant need additional procedure which is went to government hospital/policlinic and ask government doctor to certified the medical form and all the medical result.

4. Is the medical check up outside Sarawak accepted?

Unfortunately, medical check-up is a mandatory requirement that must be done

F. DEPENDENTS 家属

Children of the applicant under 21 years old 申请人未满 21 岁的子女
2. Do the dependent get the same S-MM2H pass as the principal applicant? 受抚养人是否获得与主申请人相同的砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家 园准证？
NO. Dependent will receive the yearly social pass. For the children, he/she/they will still under student pass or yearly social pass if he/she/they not studying at Sarawak.
不。家属将获得年度社会通行证。对于孩子，如果他/她/他们不在砂拉越学习，他/她/他们仍将持有学生准证或年度社会准证。
3. If the children already over 18 years old and finish their study, what pass they can apply?
The children will be under yearly social pass until they reach 21 years old.

4. Do dependent needs to do medical check up? 家属需要做体检吗？

YES, providing the pass holder follow the requirement by the Land Survey under Sarawak Lane Code (last reviewed 2019)

H. EDUCATION 教育
孩子可以在马来西亚任何地方学习吗？
If the applicant apply under the condition of having children studying, the
children must study at Sarawak.

2. Can the principal applicant apply before registered their children in
Sarawak?
NO, the children must already registered and study at Sarawak to be eligible
for the programme.

I. INVESTMENT 投资
S-MM2H pass holders can’t run any businesses or earn incomes by working in whole Malaysia 砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园通行证申请人不能在全马经营任何企业或赚取收入
1. Foreigner allows to own agriculture land?来自新加坡的提问：外国人允 许拥有农业用地吗？
Sarawak Land Code under S13, for the Property for Foreign Acquisition (last amendment: May 2019), foreigners can only own the land under the land classification for Mixed Zone for residential purpose only. The value of the house plus land must be RM600,000 根据 S13 的砂拉越土地法，对于外国 收购财产（最新修订：2019 年 5 月），外国人只能拥有混合区土地类别下的 土地，仅供居住。房屋价值加上土地必须是 600,000 令吉。
2. In terms of the overall living security, kindly share what the State has already put in place ?在总体生活保障方面，能否分享国家已经制定的内容？
Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Sarawak is a responsible agency for SMM2H. My Ministry is to ensure Sarawak is always a safe haven place for S-MM2H holders who wish to stay here for longer term compared to other type of tourist visa. 砂拉越旅游，艺术与文化部是砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园计划的负责机构。旅游部将确保与其他类型的旅游签证相比，砂拉越始终是希望长期在此逗留的砂拉越-马来西亚我的第二家园申请人的避风港。
Cost of living is also an advantage for participants in particular pensioners with limited economic resources who are attracted to lower living costs compared to other states in Peninsular Malaysia which can further enhance their purchasing power in Sarawak.
