MM2H Visa Application Fees

At My Expat (MM2H) Sdn Bhd, we make the MM2H application simple and transparent. No hidden charges, no surprises – just a straightforward process from start to finish.

Payment Schedule

  • Initial 10% fee is due upon signed agreement
  • Second 10% is due after submission
  • Final 80% due after Approval
MM2H Application Fees

FOR MAIN APPLICANT & DEPENDENTS (SUBJECT TO THE NUMBER OF DEPENDENTS)

Minimum Fees are fixed under the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723] and they are as follows:

  • PLATINUM RM 70,000
  • GOLD RM 55,000
  • SILVER RM 40,000
  • SEZ RM 40,000

WHATS INCLUDED IN THE FEES:

  • Our Agency fee
  • Government Processing fee
  • Medical report
  • Social Visit visa fees (5 years)
  • MEV visa fees (if applicable, 5 years)
  • Journey performed visa fees (if applicable)
  • Health Insurance (if applicable) x 1 year
  • Translation (if applicable)
  • Security bond fee
  • SST tax exempt
  • Arranging Bank account for FD
  • Lifetime support relating to MM2H
  • Education advice
  • Tax advice
  • Business and Investment advice
  • Government Participation fee is extra : Additional RM1,000 - 200,000 (as per category)
  • Final fees will be confirmed once registration has been completed
  • Visa fees paid as per validity of passport only but extendable up to MM2H category years

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Before Submission: No refund of 10% fee
  • After submission but before result: No refund of 20% fee
  • After Rejection by Immigration (through no fault of the applicant): 10% refund of fee
  • No Refunds: If rejection occurs due to missing documents not provided, non-compliance, failure to meet visa conditions or security failure
