We first contacted and then contracted My Expat MM2H in 2014. According to our information back then the procedure to obtain a visa was complicated and bothersome. With My Expat MM2H it was very simple, at least for us. The information on the documentation required was clear and accurate, and after submitting it, we obtained our visas with any hassle, so for us it was effortless, and well worth the money spent. This year we choose them again, to get an extension. Initially we thought we might apply for visas under the new scheme, but since it took the Malaysian government so long to work out the details, we finally settled for a 5-year extension only. Also this time we obtained our visas without any hassle. We hope that the MM2H scheme now is settled and remains in place, and we will again use the expertise and the good service of My Expat MM2H in the future. Their existence makes life easier.

I don't often give maximum score but Ismail definitely deserves it . He registered my wife and me for MM2H originally and 14 years later I contacted him again to cancel it in order to free up the fixed deposit . Easy way to do it is to go personally to government but I can't travel from England for health reasons . Ismail quickly sent me list of documents he needed . I sent them and expected to wait weeks for the bureaucracy to work . In less than a week he sent me the government approval !! I had asked my bank to pay his bill . A month later I got a polite reminder to pay his bill . I felt very bad and paid straight away . My bank had ignored my request but didn't bother to tell me . I recommend Ismail to anyone .
