My ExpatMM@H SdnBhd was the third company I approached to assist with my application for the SMM2H visa. The first two companies did not seem very interested in answering questions. Ismail in KL and Terese in Sarawak took the time to provide concise and accurate information throughout the whole application process. The initial visit to Sarawak was made so much easier because I only had to show up with my passport - all paperwork and appointments for medical exam and depositing funds required was taken care of by Terese and Winston in Kuching. I engaged My Expat to help extend my wife's MM2H visa in her new passport last Monday, and today Wed, they called me to collect her passport. It's supposed to be collection on next Monday but it's done so speedily, it knocked me off my chair. I am super impressed by their service and professionalism.
