I would just like to clarify the latest update on your pending MM2H application. The new Government of Malaysia had decided to return all the pending applications as of Mid 2020 as they completely suspended the old program and decided to launch a new program last month. Currently all pending applications are not pending any longer as they have been returned and the Government has advised to apply under the new MM2H program. I understand the predicament both of us are in and I have earlier offered a lower fee of RM2,500 for the new program so whoever wants to apply as new with the new requirements then we would be happy to oblige at the lower fee to cover our expenses.

However if you are not satisfied with this resolve, there is nothing we can do at the moment unless the Government changes their minds which many organisations, MM2H agents, MPs and also the Sultan has tried but so far to no avail. The good news is that the Sarawak Government which is independently run and with different ideas has assured everyone that their program will not be changed and they will commit to their conditions. In fact they have made it easier than the old program and under the income category for anyone aged 50+, there is no financial commitment at all. I would therefore strongly recommend the S-MM2H program especially if you're aged 50+ and also good for others aged below 50.

Once again my sincere apologies for this situation as many have suffered already during the pandemic in many ways and this has not helped. We personally have lost most of our income and are barely surviving and relying on the S-MM2H to hopefully bring back the glory of the original MM2H program. I am ashamed of the way the Government has handled this situation but I hope you understand it has been completely out of our control. Therefore, although we cannot offer any refunds, we will try our utmost best to get your visa you planned to get. For this S-MM2H, our expenses have already increased due to our Sarwawak office, staff, travel etc to process the applications.

Anyone who is still interested to apply for the new program with higher requirements can do so at a lower fee of RM2,500 only and anyone who wants to apply for S-MM2H then I have decided to reduce the fee as below. This offer is limited to anyone who applies immediately under the S-MM2H income category from outside of Malaysia and who has previously paid our fees in part or full.

S-MM2H FEES

• SINGLE @ RM9,000 to RM7,000
• COUPLE @ RM10,000 to RM7,500
• FAMILY @ RM11,000* to RM8,000

* Limited to two (2) children with no extra fees otherwise RM500 extra per person

Note: This offer will remain as long as the Government of Sarawak has allowed us to apply on your behalf whilst you are outside of Malaysia due to the travel restrictions. Once they open the borders then our offer will also be lifted due to the increased costs of managing clients in Sarawak to arrange medical, insurance, banking & submission etc in person with you.
