We are an Official Malaysian Government licensed MM2H agency (KPL/LN: MM2H 0282) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since 2008. We are also based in Sarawak & Sabah for the processing of the SMM2H & SBH-MM2H programs respectively. We only specialize in the MM2H, SMM2H & SBH-MM2H Visa programs for foreigners who would like to have a residency permit for Malaysia. We have only one scheme & our fees are fixed, fair & reasonable. There are 3 MM2H Visa programs we are offering, the Sarawak SMM2H, SBH-MM2H& Mainland MM2H :
SARAWAK SMM2H PROGRAM
We can assist you to avail the Sarawak SMM2H visa for 10 years, called the SMM2H. We can submit the SMM2H application whilst you are in or outside of Malaysia. The Fixed Deposit must be placed in the bank after approval if you apply from outside but we must arrange the documents for the income or liquid funds and other documents for the application. Also note most importantly that SMM2H allows you to stay anywhere in Malaysia with a minimum of 30 days in Sarawak per year for Main applicant & spouse which can be throughout the year and will be verified every 5 years.
1. INCOME OR LIQUID ASSETS REQUIREMENT:
BEFORE Submission (income OR funds requirement for submission are only for application purposes only & NOT required for the future) :
- Show a minimum RM10,000 (couple) or RM7,000 (single) equivalent of combined monthly income in the last 6 months (salary, pension, dividends, rental, interest etc).
- To prepare the salary slips, pension statements, rental contract etc
- To prepare the 6 months bank statements showing income in bank account
- To prepare the employment, pension company letter etc as a confirmation from the payer
OR
- Show a minimumRM100,000 (couple) or RM50,000(single) equivalent of combined liquid funds in the last 6 months (bank accounts, fixed deposits, pension funds & investment funds etc).
- To prepare the 6 months bank statements showing liquid funds or any other financial statements showing your liquid funds
AND
2. FIXED DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:
BEFORE Submission (if in Malaysia) or AFTER Approval (a bank account will be opened in person when in Sarawak) :
- place RM300,000 (couple) or RM150,000 (single) fixed deposit in a bank in Malaysia, you can withdraw 40% after 1 year (T&C apply).
AND
Additional requirements for aged below 50:
- For aged 40-49 years old - Either investment in property (RM600,000 in Kuching, RM500,000 in other areas) OR have children enrolled in an educational institution in Sarawak.
- For aged 30-39 years old - Must have a child aged 7+ enrolled in an educational institution in Sarawak.
IMPORTANT points to consider:
- AGE OF MAIN APPLICANT MUST BE 30+
- 5+5 YEARS RENEWABLE
- MINIMUM 30 DAYS STAY PER YEAR IN SARAWAK BY MAIN APPLICANT & SPOUSE
- APPROVAL MAY TAKE AROUND 6 MONTHS
- VISA FEE AT RM500 PER PERSON PER YEAR
- NO GOVERNMENT PROCESSING FEES
SABAH SBH-MM2H PROGRAM (TO BE CONFIRMED)
We can assist you to avail the Sabah MM2H visa for 10 years, called the SBH-SMM2H. We can submit the application whilst you are in or outside of Malaysia. The Fixed Deposit must be placed in the bank after approval if you apply from outside but we must arrange the documents for the income or liquid funds and other documents for the application. Also note most importantly that SBH-MM2H allows you to stay anywhere in Malaysia with a minimum of 30 days in Sabah per year for Main applicant & spouse which can be throughout the year and will be verified every 5 years.

BEFORE Submission (if in Malaysia) or AFTER Approval (a bank account will be opened in person when in Sarawak) :

MAINLAND MM2H PROGRAM
We can assist you to avail the Mainland MM2H visa for 5 years, called the MM2H. We can submit the MM2H application whilst you are in or outside of Malaysia. The Fixed Deposit must be placed in the bank after approval but we must arrange the documents for the income & liquid funds and other documents for the application. Also note that MM2H allows you to stay anywhere in Mainland Malaysia with a minimum of 90 days stay per year for Main applicant & spouse which can be throughout the year and will be verified every 5 years.

- show a minimum RM40,000 equivalent of combined average monthly income in the latest 3 months (salary, pension, dividends, rental, interest etc).

- To prepare the 6 months bank statements showing income in bank account
- To prepare the employment, pension company letter etc as a confirmation from the payer
AND
- Show a minimumRM1,500,000 equivalent of combined liquid funds (bank, stocks/shares, life insurance funds, social security funds etc).
- To prepare the 6 months bank statements showing liquid funds or any other financial statements showing your liquid funds
2. FIXED DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:
AFTER Approval (a bank account will be opened in person in KL):
- placeRM1,000,000 Fixed deposit in a bank in Malaysia, you can withdraw 50% after 1 year (T&C apply).
Additional requirement For aged 35-49 years old :
- addRM50,000 per dependent toFixed Deposit in bank
IMPORTANT points to consider:
- MAIN APPLICANT AGE MUST BE 35+
- MINIMUM 90 DAYS STAY REQUIRED PER YEAR BETWEEN SPOUSES ONLY
- FIVE (5) YEARS RENEWABLE
- GOVERNMENT PROCESSING FEE RM5,000 + RM2,500 PER DEPENDENT
- CAN BE PROCESSED WITHOUT BEING PRESENT IN MALAYSIA
- APPROVAL MAY TAKE AROUND 6 MONTHS
AGENCY FEES FOR ALL PROGRAMS
- SINGLE @ RM10,000
- COUPLE @ RM12,000
- FAMILY @ RM14,000*
* Limited to two (2) children with no extra fees otherwise RM500 extra per person
*not including medical, health insurance, certification & visa fees. Our fee is payable as 50% in advance and 50% after approval.
